I got my system installed in October and had a manufacture defect in February. Miscommunication took place between the company and I and it got to the owner he reached out out to me after hours 11:30pm apologizing and did promised that first thing in the morning I was going to heard from the team to get a time frame which was Monday, I told my husband maybe he only promising me
To calm me down, no he was not by Wednesday his team was up replacing my whole system. I am
Sorry I don’t get the technician names but they work all day making sure I was up and running properly. Thanks to them and the Owner Matt. He do value his customers and listen to their cry. Garrett came to service our heat pump that wasn't working. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed that the breaker was not giving off any power to the system. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and one of the most pleasant people I have ever had service my home. Saying we are satisfied would be an understatement.
