I called Endless Energy to ask for a quote for some plumbing work and everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind, professional and efficient. Josh and Peter came out exactly at the time they were scheduled and were polite and professional. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and spent time understanding my plumbing concerns and explaining everything to me and detailing the process for completing the repairs. He sent me a detailed quote and gave me a timeline for getting the parts needed. Josh and Peter came out for the repairs right on time and did an excellent job. They made sure everything was working perfectly and cleaned up once repairs were completed. I could not recommend them more!

In addition, Technician Eydin Gomez has been to my home twice recently and has performed exceptional work in making my Oil Burner and Heat Pump perform very well.
I appreciate his hard work and expertise.

Brad, the account manager, was timely in responding to my many questions and sending quotes to match my requests. Very courteous, professional, organized implementation crew led by Hunter and his helper Shameel and the rest of the crew that came on day 2. This included moving, without complaint, the location of one of the units which made me very happy.

Update: CJ came to provide annual maintenance in April 2026. He was polite and tidy in his work. Also, he was patient with my repeated questions about ice that had built up on the unit over the winter (which turns out is not a problem).

I got a MassSave inspection. It was great, what was being checked and the suggestions were all all described to me very clearly.

The technicians were early, very professional and knowledgeable. Such happy easy demeanor. Very quick and efficient in their job. Really enjoyed talking to them about any issues I was having and any future problems I may have.

Eyden's service today was great. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Five stars.

Eydin and James did our annual AC maintenance and once again they did a great job. They are always on time, very professional in doing the work as well as very informative and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend to whoever needs this service.
