Avoid Endless Energy - Poor Management and Customer Experience

They installed a hot water tank for us last July. I was told that I have a one time preventative maintenance service (including flush off hot water from the tank) for free before July this year. So I called the company in May 2025, they told me that they couldn't find my record. I called them again in June and talked to a different person who agreed to send a maintenance guy to my house to check the hot water tank and flush off the hot water. When the maintenance guy showed up, he told me that flushing off hot water is not part of the preventative maintenance service, and I have to pay $140 for that. I refused it.

Gabriel came out to do our annual maintenance today and I wanted to pass back compliments on his professionalism and kindness. He did a great job explaining everything to me and provided top notch customer service. He said he recently joined the company, so just want you to know he is a GREAT hire! Thanks Gabriel!

Mark was very prompt and knowledgeable great experience

Gavin is a consumate, capable and conscientious professional. He showed up on time, was super polite, informed me about the nature of the work and the cost every step of the way and refused to leave until he successfully completed the job.

Eydin has come twice to examine a heat pump we thought were have to be replaced. He tested various issues and eventually found that it needed to be cleaned but was repairable. He did a good job of keeping us informed about the process and what came next. It was great to be able to repair rather than replace the unit.

Eydin communicated clearly, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Would gladly use him again!

Eydin Gomez came to my house on Friday, July 18 To diagnose a problem with my heating system, it was sweating on the ductwork outside of the insulation. he determined That the older ductwork system was improperly sealed. He then educated me about a new product called aero seal, which acts just like a pressurized can when fixing a flat tire. We determined that there was a one to two year payback and that absolutely made sense not to cool or heat my basement unnecessarily. When reviewing my overall system, he asked if I had any other questions regarding its functionality. He then showed me how to program my Ecobee thermostat so that I would get optimum heating and cooling throughout the house. Eydin was quite knowledgeable & helped me understand that solving the problem was the most effective way to run the HVAC system in the long term.

Hunter and his team (Cameron and Pedro) were pleasant, unfailingly polite, professional, hardworking, and efficient. Hunter was very accommodating and patient with our questions and concerns. He was especially good at leading his team and explaining what needed to be done. The equipment was installed neatly, and the quality is top-notch. He and his crew were respectful of our property and gardens. They cleaned up when they were finished, and Hunter carefully explained the operation of the system to us. The job was finished on time and with a minimum of fuss. Hunter is a great ambassador for Endless Energy. He deserves a five-star rating.

Mark Otis performed our Mass Save Home energy assessment. He is yet another example of the professionalism and quality of the people employed by Endless Energy. He was friendly and polite, and he listened to our questions and concerns. He thoroughly examined our house and quickly identified what was not insulated and what required more insulation. He performed a combustion safety test on our boiler and then crawled out into the attic space under our eaves on a hot day to be sure of what he was dealing with. He laid out our alternatives clearly and produced a comprehensive set of reports and documents on the same day. We’d be happy to refer Mark to our family and friends. Five starts for Mark.
