Introducing Midea Custom Comfort Heat Pumps

At Endless Energy we’re always on the search for new air source heat pump options that fit our Massachusetts-based customer’s comfort and budget needs. That’s why we’ve added a new line of heat pumps called Custom Comfort, which offers great energy efficiency at a affordable price point.

What is Custom Comfort & Who Makes It?

Custom Comfort mini splits and heat pumps are a private label brand manufactured by Midea. Midea is a leading global appliance and HVAC system company known for its high standards of quality and innovation.

By private labeling with Midea, Custom Comfort taps into Midea’s extensive manufacturing capabilities and technological expertise and avoids the high expenses of setting up manufacturing processes from scratch. At the same time, they can confidently offer products that meet high standards of quality and reliability. As a result, Custom Comfort is able to provide consumers with affordable prices without compromising on product excellence.

Why is Custom Comfort a Quality Heat Pump Solution?

Like all heat pump brands Endless Energy installs, Custom Comfort uses inverter technology and is designed to perform efficiently in New England’s cold climate. In fact, Custom Comfort models see no drop off in performance until -4 degrees outside and provide continuous operation down to -22 degrees. As a result most units qualify for both Mass Save heat pump rebates and IRA Federal Tax Credits – some exclusions apply.

Endless Energy’s Custom Comfort design solutions include standard mini split or ductless wall unit installations, multizone heat pump designs for up to 5 zones on one condenser, as well a central ducted solutions. They can be used both for whole home heat pump solutions and for partial or dual fuel heat pump designs. As an added bonus all systems come with built in WiFi!

The product also offers a 10-year parts and equipment warranty, which when matched with Endless Energy’s 10-year labor warranty gives you a “worry free” solution for your heating and cooling needs in Massachusetts.

The best part of it all is that this product because it is direct from the manufacturer comes with a lower price point than many other brands (who Midea makes equipment for!) and gives our customers a lower cost value option in addition to some of our other heat pump offerings!
