I had my hot water heater flushed out and cleaned and Don Davis was an amazing technician! Unfortunately, I ran late meeting him at my home and he waited patiently and was super polite and friendly. He explained thoroughly what would be entailed with the job along with the recommended maintenance schedule. I will definitely be using endless energy for all of my heating, plumbing, and HVAC needs. Hunter and JT were fabulous in replacing my AC unit. They were friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing as the day progressed. They repeatedly tested the system and thermostat until they were satisfied with their performance. They cleaned up everything thoroughly.

The inspector from Endless Energy came to my home to help me prepare for winter months, House was built in 1882, he determined it is well insulated and he gave me tips for using the minisplits for all seasons. Our AC cut out in late June, and we were told by our oil company that solving things would be difficult. We found a volunteer energy consultant who helped us look at a range of options. We received four quotes, each offering different services and products, and ultimately chose Endless Energy. It was a bit tricky to move from sales to implementation, but when we spoke up, we were immediately given a team and supported throughout. Travis was our lead (he was excellent, communicative, and helpful), and the rest of the team (Jose, Hunter, and JT) kept things moving along, and installed a system that we think will keep us cool in summer, and warm in winter. It was a significant (and costly) step, but it was huge to eliminate oil and move forward. If you are working with Endless Energy, try to get Travis in your court. The folks in the office are also helpful in many ways, so please call and ensure they know what you are looking for.

Our technician Eydin was fabulous. Came in on his day off just to help us. Explained everything thoroughly and couldn't have been any nicer. Would highly recommend.
