Our AC cut out in late June, and we were told by our oil company that solving things would be difficult. We found a volunteer energy consultant who helped us look at a range of options. Travis was our lead (he was excellent, communicative, and helpful), and the rest of the team (Jose, Hunter, and JT) kept things moving along, and installed a system that we think will keep us cool in summer, and warm in winter.
