Easy fix , clear communication, kind and efficient

I discovered that my central AC unit started leaking water in the basement in the afternoon on 6/24/2025, when it was100 degrees outside. Endless Energy answered my phone close to 5 PM and called me back to confirm my appointment just before 5:30 PM. They were courteous, responsive and reliable.
Eydin arrived in about an hour. He was polite, professional and meticulous. Throughout the process, he explained his diagnosis and solutions he would try. After cleaning the main clogged pipe, he carefully examined the other parts of the central air unit to see if they were leaking. He also gave me advice on getting fans to dry the floor.
I appreciate Endless Energy for their quick response and professionalism in both communication and performing the repairs. Thanks to Eydin and the dispatcher who helped me make the appointment (Sorry I forget your name but you are both awesome!)

This is in appreciation of Garrett, who came out this morning on the hottest day of the year.
First of all, I am a big fan of this company. I had mini splits installed last summer and everyone at this company from the sales associate to the techs to the schedulers, is a pleasure to work with.
Most recently, I made my first service call after about ten months with our new units. Nothing was wrong with them, but they were acting like they were being controlled by aliens. I knew it had to have something to do with the integration system - Flair - and I would not be able to navigate this on my own.
By the way, this is during a massive heatwave. Do they make me wait? They do not. I get a service call immediately, orchestrated by the very talented Alex (sorry, I also write theater reviews).
You know how you always have a window? Well Garrett arrived at the beginning of the window. He agreed it was the Flair pucks being naughty, and we both thought it was going to be a simple fix.
Garrett fixed it, and it was complicated, but he never broke a sweat. He didn't indicate frustration, just quietly kept working and answering my questions all the while. People like Garrett is why professionals exist.
He fixed all the issues - meaning, ones I didn't know I had - with the Flair and those silly pucks and gave me a tutorial afterwards and it was like the skies cleared up and I understood the Flair universe.

Edyin was great! Quick fast service. Our AC at our salon unit broke right before this heat wave. Resined fast with availability next day. Highly recommend .

The technician, JT, provided excellent detailed maintenance and cleaning of my two Fujitsu units and my two Mitsubishi units. He noticed one of the Fujitsu heads had accumulated a large amount of mold buildup. Thankfully, he scheduled June 18th as the date for him or another technician to return to clean this mini split head.

One of my Fujitsu mini-splits had a great deal of mold buildup. Eydin, the technician, explained what he would have to do and did an excellent job of answering my questions and cleaning the mini split head.
Both technicians were very knowledgeable about the mini splits, the work that needed to be done, answered all my questions and completed everything in a timely fashion.

I have been a customer of Endless Energy since 2018 and have dealt with them multiple times for various tasks. They have always provided excellent service and superb after-sales service. Most recently I got an energy assessment done by them. Mark Otis came in on time, was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and provided very helpful feedback. Best of all, he did not try and upsell me anything and left me with important and helpful information I could use in the near future. A truly comfortable experience and I would highly recommend them for all your energy savings needs.
I’d recommend Endless Energy 10/10, they were punctual, transparent, & worked diligently! They weren’t able to finish the job in one day due to unforeseen circumstances. However, they came back the next morning & finished the installation of HVAC system.
