Mike and his team from Endless Energy did the complete installation for us. As the project moved along Mike was easy to work with and kept us updated and answered all of our questions. They took care of everything we requested and Mike even went out of his way to modify our attached whole house humidifier, which was not working, so that it will now work correctly.
After completion the team verified that everything was working perfectly and explained how the heat pump and furnace operated and how to control everything using the smart thermostats.

Garrett was very professional as he introduced himself and described what he would be doing during the repair of our unit. He acknowledged that the replacement part is under warranty and that we would only be charged for the labor for the repair. he explained clearly that the indoor units would benefit from professional cleaning and took photographs to show us the buildup of soiling inside the unit. When I agreed for an endless energy service person to come back to complete the cleaning of these units, he explained that endless energy would be contacting me to schedule this service in the near future.
