Our water heater was leaking and with no knowledge about HVAC, I called Endless energy to come out and take a look. Garrett was very professional as he introduced himself and described what he would be doing during the repair of our unit. He acknowledged that the replacement part is under warranty and that we would only be charged for the labor for the repair. he explained clearly that the indoor units would benefit from professional cleaning and took photographs to show us the buildup of soiling inside the unit.
