Donald was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough as we inspected the whole HVAC system. He explained the HVAC system operations clearly and I ended with a much better understanding of how the system works in hot weather.

I had Eydin Gomez come for a service call. He fixed the problem quickly but went beyond that to checking over other aspects of the system to ensure that we weee not missing anything. He was so accommodating I felt sorry that I had no cookies for him! Thank you, Eydin.

Hunter and Cam were awesome!! Not only are my mini split heads all nice and deep cleaned but they did it with a smile, answered any and all questions I had and even when their equipment broke, they adapted and overcame that to complete the job!!

Response time to my request was excellent. Alex was able to show me the issue with the pump and not only fix it but help me with ways to avoid future issue. The people I spoke with in the office were all helpful and upbeat as well. Just a really pleasant experience considering Id been up to my elbows in sink gunk trying to do it myself 🤣

We had a great experience with Endless Energy. Nick on the sales team was responsive, thorough and explained everything very well. The great service did not end there, James on installation team was competent and delivered ahead of expectations. Lastly, Mike who immediately came out (within 4 hours of calling) to look at what ended up being an unrelated issue, was also great and fixed the problem in an hour! Really impressed with the level of service and workmanship by this team!

TJ came on time and was very informative in his scope of practice. He helped solve the problem with our central air and also suggested relevant future services. Absolutely will be utilizing Endless Energy in the future. Just be aware there is a service charge of $95, which turned into $190. It was explained as $95 for each unit which I have no idea what that meant, but I was so content with TJ’s service and help I didn’t question it.

What a life saver ! TJ came out and within minutes found the problems we were experiencing that was forbidden us from central air. He was pleasant and very informative. I will be using this company again when in need of further services. Thank you again!!

Avoid Endless Energy - Poor Management and Customer Experience

They installed a hot water tank for us last July. I was told that I have a one time preventative maintenance service (including flush off hot water from the tank) for free before July this year. So I called the company in May 2025, they told me that they couldn't find my record. I called them again in June and talked to a different person who agreed to send a maintenance guy to my house to check the hot water tank and flush off the hot water. When the maintenance guy showed up, he told me that flushing off hot water is not part of the preventative maintenance service, and I have to pay $140 for that. I refused it.

Gabriel came out to do our annual maintenance today and I wanted to pass back compliments on his professionalism and kindness. He did a great job explaining everything to me and provided top notch customer service. He said he recently joined the company, so just want you to know he is a GREAT hire! Thanks Gabriel!
