Mike and his team from Endless Energy did the complete installation for us. As the project moved along Mike was easy to work with and kept us updated and answered all of our questions. They took care of everything we requested and Mike even went out of his way to modify our attached whole house humidifier, which was not working, so that it will now work correctly.
After completion the team verified that everything was working perfectly and explained how the heat pump and furnace operated and how to control everything using the smart thermostats.

One of their service technicians, Don Davis, arrived at my home to address my concerns. He's been to my home before for PM and is great. Extremely knowledgeable of my system, professional and just a great guy. He was able to address one of the "noises" but needed a part to resolve the full issue.
