Excellent
Endless Energy
Based on 494 reviews
My experience with Endless Energy was outstanding! The initial visit is to discuss the conversion from natural gas to electric heat pump technology.

During the audit, I mentioned an issue with my existing heating system. Without asking, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it w/o charge. Amazing!

I'm currently reviewing a complete energy audit and a proposal that was personally delivered to my home and reviewed, with all questions answered!!! A special shoutout to Mike Heil, who prepared and presented the audit and quote.

Even the CEO gave me a follow-up call, thanking me and asking me to answer any questions!

A great company built with great people!!
Had an energy survey of our new home
Response from the owner:Thank you for the high praise! It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with our service.
We received an on-site visit and discussion on 11/13/25 regarding installation of a heat pump water heater. The technician told us we would receive a quote the next day. However, as of 12/15/25, we still have not received any proposal, despite calling the company at least three times. Each time, we were told the message would be forwarded, but there was no follow-up.

Based on this experience, communication after the site visit was very poor. It appears that smaller projects may not be a priority. If your project is not a large or high-profit job, be prepared for significant delays or no response.
Response from the owner:Hi there - I'm sorry to hear your experience. Can you email us directly at info@goendlessenergy.com and we'll be sure it gets to you immediately. It's possible we have a typo in an email address somewhere.
Response from the owner:Thank you for the high praise! It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with our service.

Markus was very knowledgeable and helped explain each part of the inspection process; as well as our vulnerabilities in our systems and insulation
Response from the owner:Thank you for the high praise! It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with our service.
They were very kind and officiant workers. Only problem would be the lack of communication between myself and the electricians. Other than that the job was done well. All systems work and there was no mess left behind. Also a big thanks to the crew that made everything possible.

UPDATE 12/7/25: $26K Custom Comfort HVAC system performance update --- We've had the HVAC system for about 8 months and are now getting into real cold winter temps. The first floor and basement are ducted. Each of the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a ceiling mounted mini split.

We are deeply disappointed with the Custom Comfort mini splits installed by Endless Energy. They perform VERY poorly at sensing and responding to temperature changes based on specified comfort settings. The temperatures fluctuate wildly and differently between the 2 units, to the point we've had the technicians inspect the units more than once, but they are not capable of resolving the issue. So we keep playing an arbitrary game of raising and lowering the temp setting, hoping they stabilize.

Further, the unit in our main bedroom frequently makes fluttering and loud popping sounds throughout the day and night, often waking me from sleep. The other unit does make some fluttering sounds, but minimal popping sounds. We were told this is due to expanding and contracting in the vent/pipes. While this theory makes sense on some level, it makes absolutely no sense why the 2 units behave so differently when they're set to the same temps.

For a $26,000 job, we expected better quality products that can actually do their job of sensing and responding to temperature changes accurately, reliably and consistently. The Custom Comfort app is also very dated, slow and clunky.

Thankfully, we are still within our 1 year warranty period, and are hoping Endless Energy will continue to provide great service in helping us resolve this issue.

We had an exceptional HVAC experience with Endless Energy. They went above and beyond at every point in the install process, even when there were unexpected challenges such as equipment shortages or floor/ceiling joists not lining up as expected. In my opinion, the best way to tell if you're working with a great company is to see HOW they handle unexpected issues or delays. In our case, I have a noise sensitivity so it was vital that the ceiling units they installed be whisper quiet. They solved this problem by hanging the units from isolators. They understood our concerns about optics and placement of return vents and the heat pump. The team was exceptionally communicative and honored their promises. Endless Energy delivered an excellent customer experience with a full team of specialists, technicians and plumbers.

I highly recommend Endless Energy to anyone needing HVAC services because when things don't go according to plan (and let's face it, with these big projects, there's always something unexpected) you can count on them to find creative solutions to meet your needs and ensure your comfort.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Janine, for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you appreciated our team's ability to tackle unexpected challenges and address your specific concerns about noise and aesthetics. Your kind words about our communicative team and creative problem-solving truly mean a lot to us.
Eydin was terrific! We needed to have parts replaced in our heating system. Eydin was careful to explain what he would be doing. He kept us updated as the work progressed and was very kind. Eydin made sure that the heat was working properly after he replace the parts and stayed to be sure that the house warmed up. We have had excellent experiences so far with Endless Energy. Both Gavin and Eydin certainly deserve 5 stars!
Response from the owner:Thank you for the high praise! It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with our service.
Marcus was well informed and explained the program and requirements easily.
Response from the owner:Thank you for the high praise! It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with our service.

HVAC FAQs:

How long does an HVAC system last?

The average HVAC system will last between 12 and 20 years, depending on the type, size, and how well it’s maintained. If your HVAC system is at the end of its lifespan, or if you’re ready for an upgrade, contact Endless Energy to get started.

How often should I service my HVAC system?

We recommend servicing your HVAC system in early fall, before the winter cold sets in, and in the springtime, before you need to run your air conditioner all day long. Regular maintenance will prevent costly future repairs and keep the system running at maximum performance.

What size HVAC system should I have?

The size of your HVAC system depends on the size and layout of your home. When helping homeowners choose a heater or AC, we consider factors such as ceiling height, the number of rooms, ductwork layout (if any), window positioning, and insulation. The best way to choose the right size HVAC is to book an in-home consultation with a qualified technician.

How is the efficiency of heating and cooling equipment measured?

Air conditioning efficiency is measured by its SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) or SEER 2 rating. The higher the rating, the better the unit’s performance and the lower the cost to run. Combustion heating appliances like furnaces and boilers are measured by AFUE (annual fuel utilization efficiency), and heat pumps are measured by SEER or HSPF (heating season performance factor). These calculations are complex, but our expert techs will be happy to go over system performance with you at your next service appointment.

How can I increase the efficiency of my HVAC system?

The best way to keep your HVAC system running efficiently is to schedule regular seasonal maintenance. This allows HVAC pros to clean, tighten, and inspect the system, then test it to ensure it works. You can also book a system inspection to check for inefficiencies or upgrade to a newer, more energy-efficient model.

Is there anything I should check before I call for HVAC service?

Yes, you can check to see if your air filter is clogged, look around the outdoor AC unit for blockages, and check your thermostat settings. These are all easy fixes that you can easily take care of yourself. You can also check whether there’s power to the system or if there’s a possible electrical issue by looking at the breaker.

Are there HVAC systems that are safe for the environment?

Yes, different types of energy-efficient HVAC systems use less energy and produce less waste than others. This includes geothermal heat pumps, high-efficiency air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and solar-powered systems. If you’re interested in upgrading your HVAC to an environmentally friendly alternative, give us a call and we’ll go over the options best suited to your home.

What does HVAC stand for?

HVAC is an acronym that stands for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. HVAC systems may include furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, boilers, or ductless mini-splits. It’s the system that’s responsible for heating and cooling your home, as well as improving your indoor air quality, dehumidifying the air, and more.

How much does an average HVAC repair cost?

Every HVAC issue is unique, so repair costs vary. If you’re experiencing an HVAC issue, please contact our team. We’ll assess your problem and provide an accurate price quote before we begin work. We’ll help you find the most cost-effective solution, without any surprise fees or unexpected costs.
