2026 BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP TICKET GIVEAWAY

1.  Schedule and be present for a no cost AC or mini split consultation with an Endless Energy between April 18 and June 1, 2026.
2.  One lucky winner will be drawn on June 2nd at 12:00 PM via Facebook Live.

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on April 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 1, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

METHOD 1 —AC or Mini Split Consultation Booking: During the Entry Period, visit goendlessenergy.com and book a no-cost air conditioning or mini-split system consultation. The consultation must be completed by 11:59 PM ET on June 1, 2025 to be eligible. Booking alone without completing the consultation does not constitute a valid entry. One (1) entry per person, per household. No purchase or service booking is necessary to enter or win.

METHOD 2 — Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase or service booking is necessary to enter or win. To enter without booking a consultation, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it via first-class mail to:

Mail-in entries must be received by June 1, 2026 to be eligible. One (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

5. Limit of Entries

Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

6. Prize

Grand Prize (1 winner): Two (2) tickets to a professional basketball championship game, approximate retail value (ARV) $2000. Sponsor will determine the specific game, date, seat location, and ticket delivery method at its sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Transportation, lodging, and all other costs associated with prize use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or around June 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days of the first notification attempt, or fails to respond within two (2) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within two (2) business days of receipt. Failure to return the required documents may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting the winner. Sponsor will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at goendlessenergy.com. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further notice, compensation, or permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; or any condition beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11. Disputes

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, applying the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All claims must be resolved individually, and participants waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

13. Winner List
