To qualify for the Breeze Lease Purchase program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Homeownership: You must own your home, be current on your mortgage, and reside at the address where the equipment will be installed.
- Employment Status: You must have been at your current job for at least 6 months, or be retired/disabled.
- Income: Monthly gross household income must be $2,750 or greater.
- Banking: An open checking account with a positive balance and no non-sufficient funds (NSFs) for the last 90 days is required.
