Bought a new minisplit which i couldnt afford to begin with was suppose to be here between 8 and 10 then 12 now 2 and it's now 3 and im still waiting. I've reached out no answer still. I'm about to cancel my install all together. I've lived without heat for over a month I can continue and find a new company!! I took today off wasted my sick time! I'm very frustrated already i can't imagine if I have issues! The electrician was here this morning waiting and he ended up leaving and they wouldn't give him an answer! I hate to complain but seriously????.

Terrible company. My unit has problems right after installation, they came out 3 times and unable to fix the problem. I contacted them many times and they always said the manager will get back to me. No manager ever called me back. Truly disappointed in this place. Be careful if you considering hiring them.

Avoid Endless Energy - Poor Management and Customer ExperienceMy experience with Endless Energy has been nothing short of frustrating. While their sales team and customer service staff are pleasant, the company lacks the task forces and management needed to fulfill their commitments.I had two no-show, no-call appointments for the electrician's visit/assessment, forcing me to miss work on both occasions. Customer Service assured me that work would begin immediately after the next scheduled assessment. When the electrician finally showed up on the third attempt, he mentioned the job was much larger than anticipated but said he had parts from a prior job. He also stated he wanted his team to start on a Monday to spend the week on the project.After that visit, I didn’t hear back for three weeks, despite keeping in touch with the sales team, who informed me that Endless Energy was waiting for parts. Then, additional expenses to me for moving pipes (gas and water) were added, increasing the cost after these unnecessary delays. At this point, our condo association decided to request a refund of our deposit.To their credit, Endless Energy returned the deposit quickly—but kept 20% as a "restocking fee." This made no sense because the electrician had previously claimed he already had the parts on hand. I called customer service to address this, hoping they would recognize their errors (multiple missed appointments, poor communication, and delays). Instead, management doubled down, stating they would not refund the restocking fee because the parts were "specialty items"—even though this was a standard electrical upgrade.This company wasted my time, took my money, caused me to miss work unnecessarily, and failed to take responsibility for their repeated mistakes. I would not recommend Endless Energy to anyone looking for reliable service or professionalism.

A disaster start to finish to get heat pump installed to work with oil furnace, over 6 months so far. Missed or late appointments. Screwed up quote for duct insulation and wrapping that already is falling down. The new thermostat didn’t work to turn on heat when it got cold— they couldn’t make my appointment set a week later so wanted to reschedule in another week until I protested because my house temp was in the 50s. And now that Winter is here I was told it was A-OK for the heat pump to be my sole source of heat when it is 10F outside. I insisted on an appointment to look at it, guy says it wasn’t wired to turn on oil system backup. So now have another appointment two weeks from that visit. Both the original install and the thermostat replacement visits missed that the wiring was incorrect. My electric bill will be through the roof. And they started AI answering service so hard to talk to a human.I received apologies from company officers months ago and problems continue.

Endless performed two mini split installs across two years. If I had reviewed after the first install, I’d have given 5 stars. It was painless, priced fairly and they did great. The second install has been terrible. Sales rep was very helpful and responsive but the installers cut a few corners. I took 2 weeks of calling their office to get them to agree to fix the problems. Finally, the tech who upgraded our thermostat to comply with the state rebate program left messes all over our house. Unfortunately this is the last time I’ll work with Endless Energy

This review is only for Brad Shuker, who came all the way to Chestnut Hill to see our home and advise on options for installing mini-split heat-pump systems. I consulted 4 HVAC contractors, since it's a big project and a game changer for our old house. We did not hire Endless Energy since their offer came in second place.But I wanted to commend Brad for his professional knowledge and experience, his diligence, patience and discipline. He examined our home methodically, took pictures and measurements for calculations, responded to my numerous emails quickly (even on a weekend), was open minded to consider different options and adjust the quote.The quotes were sent as links by email, each one opened into a detailed description and specs, where you can compare options. That is much better than some other contractors, who just email you a PDF. The photos here are my sketches for the layout; none of the contractors I consulted provided graphic images.This company is well established, organized and professional, recommended !

Endless Energy did a fine job throughout the process of replacing our old gas furnace and central A/C unit with a heat pump system.Our first contact was with our account manager, Chad, who gave us a clear and thorough description of the entire process and presented us with several different proposals designed to meet our needs. We had a number of follow-up questions, and Chad patiently answered all of them. Another thing we appreciated about Chad and Endless Energy is that they took the lead in preparing the paperwork for the Mass Save heat loan and rebate, which saved us a ton of time and aggravation. Other companies we spoke with would have pretty much left us to fend for ourselves.In terms of the installation, James, Zach, and the other members of the installation crew performed professionally and were a pleasure to deal with. We had one concern about the placement of a line leading to the outside unit, and it was addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction.The crew members did a good job of explaining how our new system worked, but we naturally had a few follow-up questions after the fact. We also needed a couple of adjustments to the thermostat’s settings and had one minor issue with the installation. Matt in Quality Control promptly came to our home, took care of everything for us, and answered all of our questions.To sum up, we were very happy with Endless Energy from start to finish and highly recommend them.

We would absolutely recommend Endless Energy to anyone thinking about converting their existing heat system to a heat pump. The entire crew was professional, considerate, informed, communicative, careful, and diligent. Tina and Jeff's consultations were valuable and insightful. Alex and Ryan were efficient and experienced. Chris figured out how to get our massive old system and our large new system in and out of our attic without ripping apart any of our woodwork. Zach and Abby were knowledgeable and experienced plumbers. Matt and Jeremy were efficient and skilled electricians. Everyone took the time to talk with us about how to get the most out of our new system, maintenance routines, etc. And everyone was really considerate making sure our two dogs were safe during the construction fracas! We haven't seen our utility bills yet but being weaned from fossil fuels feels amazing. These folks are really good and they really know their business.
