Avoid Endless Energy - Poor Management and Customer Experience
They installed a hot water tank for us last July. I was told that I have a one time preventative maintenance service (including flush off hot water from the tank) for free before July this year. So I called the company in May 2025, they told me that they couldn't find my record. I called them again in June and talked to a different person who agreed to send a maintenance guy to my house to check the hot water tank and flush off the hot water. When the maintenance guy showed up, he told me that flushing off hot water is not part of the preventative maintenance service, and I have to pay $140 for that. I refused it.
