Keep Your Home Water Safe & Clean with Water Filtration Solutions

In Massachusetts we love our dirty water, right?

Massachusetts homes — from Worcester to Boston — face a range of water quality challenges. At Endless Energy, we offer professional water filtration installations that give you peace of mind and cleaner water at every tap.

Whether you’re looking to treat your entire home’s water supply or just want purified drinking water right at your kitchen sink, we install both whole home water filtration systems and reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water systems to fit your needs.

Why Install a Water Filtration System in Massachusetts?

Descaling

You want your home water heater, piping, and fixtures to last. Descaling protects appliances and pipes from buildup and corrosion.

Remove Chlorides

Removing chlorides from your water improves taste and smell  and also helps prevents longterm corrosion.

Reduce Forever Chemicals

Select systems help reduce the presence of forever chemicals such as PFAS.

Eliminate Bacteria

With boil water orders regularly in the news, UV light solutions as part of water filtration can help kill bacteria in your water.

“Massachusetts has some of the oldest housing stock and water infrastructure in the nation and lead service lines remain a threat to public health, particularly for young children,” said MassDEP Commissioner Bonnie Heiple.

As much as we might not wat to admit it, Massachusetts municipal town and city water is not as good as we’d like it to be and often contains:

  • Hard minerals like calcium and magnesium (leaving scale on pipes and appliances)

  • Chlorine and chloramine added during treatment

  • PFAS and other contaminants raising health concerns

  • Unpleasant odors or tastes from older pipes or treatment chemicals

  • E. Coli and other bacteria in town water due to run off into the water supply

A proper filtration system removes these and more — helping your family stay healthier and your plumbing system last longer.

Endless Energy installs Altas Filtri water filtration solutions.

Whole Home Systems Versus Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Whole Home Water Filtration Systems

Whole home filtration systems (also called point-of-entry systems) filter all the water that enters your house — showers, laundry, kitchen, and bathrooms included.

Whole Home Filtration Benefits:
  • Softer skin and hair by removing drying minerals and chlorine

  • Protects appliances and pipes from buildup and corrosion

  • Filters PFAS, lead, and other harmful contaminants

  • Eliminates sulfur smells and water discoloration

We custom-install systems based on your water test results, and we only use high-performance, low-maintenance equipment that’s built to last.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse osmosis systems (RO) are installed under your sink to provide purified drinking and cooking water — often cleaner than bottled water.

Reverse Osmosis Benefits:
  • Removes up to 99% of contaminants including lead, fluoride, arsenic, and PFAS

  • Great-tasting water straight from the tap

  • Reduces reliance on bottled water (and plastic waste)

  • Affordable maintenance with long-term savings

An RO system is ideal for anyone who wants crystal-clear water for coffee, tea, baby formula, or everyday hydration.

Don’t Guess—Test Your Water

FAQs for Massachusetts Homeowners

Can at-home water testing detect PFAS?

Unfortunately most in the home water test kits do not detect PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS testing requires specialized lab analysis because these “forever chemicals” exist in extremely small concentrations—often parts per trillion.

If you’re concerned about PFAS in your water, Endless Energy can help coordinate lab-certified testing and recommend the right filtration system, such as reverse osmosis or whole-home activated carbon systems, proven to reduce PFAS levels.

A whole home water filter treats all the water entering your home— this is perfect for protecting pipes, appliances, and your skin from chlorine, hardness, and contaminants.

A reverse osmosis (RO) system is typically installed under your kitchen sink and provides ultra-purified drinking water by removing up to 99% of impurities, including salts, minerals, bacteria, and viruses, by forcing water through a semi-permeable membrane.

Massachusetts has one of the oldest water systems in the United States, which leads to a number of problems that can be solved through the installation of water treatment systems. Endless Energy highly recommends a water filtration system.

Many Massachusetts homes deal with hard water, high chlorine levels, boil warnings due to bacteria, and even emerging contaminants like PFAS. A filtration system helps protect your health, improve water taste and smell, and extend the life of your plumbing and appliances.

Costs vary based on your water quality, home size, and the system you choose. Reverse osmosis systems typically range from $900–$1,500 installed, while whole home systems can range from $2,000–$5,000+. Endless Energy offers free in home water tests and multiple option quotes so you’ll have a range of options to meet your needs.

Yes, Endless Energy spent many months vetting water filtration vendors and selected Atlas Filtri as its preferred brand.

For most RO systems, filters should be replaced every 6–12 months, and the membrane every 2–3 years. Whole home systems vary, but many include self-cleaning models or long-life filters. Endless Energy offers ongoing service options to keep your system running smoothly.

I find your people very personable, happy, and knowledgeable. They explain things very well, and they do great work.
Eydin Gomez was outstanding technician , Not only did he service my boiler but also my fireplace which he was not scheduled to do.
Pointed out somethings that other people missed on previous service calls .Highly recommend him.
Eydin Gomez is knowledgeable and well-prepared. He did an excellent job explaining both the issue and the solution for my case. Great communication & service all around. Highly recommend!
Everything went smooth
Our Air Conditioning Unit which is 15 years old stopped producing cold air. It is 85 degrees in our house.
We called a company that previously maintained our unit the last couple of years. The personal had changed as the technician who had been here before and we requested the new operator said that she doesn’t see that he works for them anymore , but someone else will get back to you. After 2 days of no return call at all.

So I called Endless Energy and they very cordially ask me about our problem, the type of A/C unit we had, it’s age and what was going on and I set up the appointment.
They via a text message reverified the appointment.
Gavin arrived and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem and when he said right away he’s seen this problem before and he seemed very confidant he could help us.
Gavin explained everything to us in a very distinct manner and gave us options with respect to getting the unit to work today
(stuff not done under yearly maintained visit) but also explained that doing a couple of other things that seemed reasonable to do eg we needed a new capacitor and we had very dirty coils (after he finished he also showed us the before and after pixs of the outside unit after he cleaned it as the clogged dirty coils looked like new after he cleaned them).
The price he quoted us was very reasonable. He stayed later than 5:00 pm to finish as he came at 2:30 pm so that it could be completed that day. Before he left I asked him if we could make an appointment to have a regular maintenance and have our air filter changed, but he basically said we didn’t need a yearly maintenance as he checked the other vital parts and proceeded to even changed the air filter for us also.
Finally I have to say he did too good of a job as now the unit is blowing the air so “COLD”coming out of the floor registers my wife and I had to put on a sweater to stay warm. The thermostat went from 85 to now it’s freezing in the house. It is definitely blowing colder now than I can remember going back years before.

I would highly recommend Gavin as a very polite, competent, well-schooled in his understanding of his craft and especially the way he explains issues related to our air conditioning system.
He is a very knowledgeable technician!!!!

I’m so glad I made that call to Endless Energy in Marlborough.

They will be back next year for our yearly maintenance also.
Gavin, the service technician from Endless Energy did an excellent job with our yearly preventative maintenance visit for our mini-split system. He did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting the systems. Gavin also explained the process and steps he was undertaking to do the PM service. He is the BEST service technician we have had from Endless Energy! Highly recommend Gavin for his professionalism and performance of service that exceeded my expectations!!
EYDIN was extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Eydin
Eydin was AMAZING! He took the time to explain all of our product options, let us know what the process involved for installation and was truly professional and courteous. We specifically requested Eydin to come back to do the installation.
Fantastic representation. Hope to do more in the future.
